Job Description
The Vendor Operations will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new suppliers for the company's range of products. This role will involve negotiating contracts, building relationships with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
● Source and evaluate potential vendors to meet the organization’s needs.
● Identifying potential suppliers and developing relationships with them.
● Vendors orders management.
● Upload products on WooCommerce.
● Researching trends in the ecommerce industry and developing strategies accordingly.
● Manage relationships with current and potential vendors.
● Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with vendors.
● Monitor and review vendor invoices.
● Resolve discrepancies between vendor invoices and company records.
● Ensure accuracy of vendor payments.
● Monitor vendor performance in providing quality products or services.
● Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
● Analyze competitor’s prices and terms to ensure competitive pricing.
● Prepare monthly reports on vendor performance.
● Research new suppliers or potential markets.
Job Requirements
- Vendor Management, Supplier Sourcing, and Negotiation skills.
- Experience in sourcing and acquiring new vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Experience with PR.
- Experience with WooCommerce.
- Good in using Excel.
