Job Description

  • Answer and direct phone calls & Provide general support to visitors.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain contact lists and Conduct data entry.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Order office supplies
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide information by answering questions and requests
  • Generate reports
  • Coordinate repairs to office equipments; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories.
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
  • Cover the reception desk when required
  • Coordinate office procedures
  • Resolve administrative problems
  • Provide polite and professional communication
  • Implement clerical duties and administrative processes

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree required (B.A. in business admiration or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) 
  • Excellent command of English Language
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
  • Comfort with fast-paced environment
  • Creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
  • Work under pressure
  • Professional attitude and Good appearance
  • 2+ years proven experience as Admin Assistant
