Job Description
- Design & Conduct Talent assessments regarding the latest approaches in human resources management.
- Implement talent management and succession planning in coordination with the management committee members.
- Design & modify the monthly Organization chart.
- Oversee the performance management process.
- Formulate & develop policies and procedures to support the business
- Create job design and job descriptions.
- Drive Employee Engagement activities.
- Conduct training needs analysis and design and implements meaningful, relevant, employee and manager training and development activities that link to company objectives.
- Plan and oversee the implementation of all induction and orientation methods.
- Initiate and sustain a learning needs analysis process and develop a Learning Strategy.
- Monitor & review the training impact on each area.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business.
- Post-graduate studies in Human resources management is a must.
- Previous experience (5 Yrs: 7 Yrs)
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Excellent user of MS programs
