Job Description

We are looking for a talented Digital account manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage digital marketing strategies with our clients and help them achieve their digital marketing goals. This individual will create digital projects to meet customer needs and serve as a point of contact for a customer's digital needs. 

Your role will be extremely important for customer success, satisfaction, and ultimately, loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI
  • Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner
  • Communicate clients’ goals to internal teams effectively and efficiently
  • Understand the company’s capabilities and services to communicate offerings
  • Prepare quotations for the current and new clients on new requests
  • Manage CRM data when necessary
  • Follow up with clients to finalize and close opportunities communicated by clients.
  • Function as a key liaison between the client and the agency
  • Follow up on payments when requested by Finance Team.
  • Work closely with the analytics team; review reports, trends and results; interpret data to make recommendations to advance our client’s business
  • Coordinate with Digital Operations Manager on task requests.
  • Review work by internal team to ensure it meets client requests.
  • Work closely with Performance Team to ensure results are delivered for clients
  • Provides strategic direction and ensures successful implementation of client projects
  • Implements and manages the effective delivery of key customer programs including communication strategies and issue resolution
  • Investigates, tracks and resolves customer and client concerns; identifies trends and implements solutions.
  • Guarantees client satisfaction across the lifecycle of the project
  • Assists in the planning and oversight of digital campaigns
  • Analyzes campaign results and carrying out optimization if needed
  • Manage client servicing on Web and SEO projects
  • Keep abreast with new trends in digital technology

Job Requirements

  • 7+years of working experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Experience with customer service and account management
  • Strong understanding of online marketing tools
  • In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
