Job Description

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English is a must (Speaking & Writing)
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills & familiar with phone techniques and skills.
  • Flexible with rotational shifts and days off
  • Able to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment and a good team player
  • Very good computer skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and to meet the changing demands of the work environment.
  • Able to provide demonstrated verbal communication skills and to convey information clearly and effectively.
