. Utilization of previous hands-on experience in delivering end-to-end CRM projects facilitating workshops to challenge current business thinking
Determine project needs and business resources required to execute the CRM project successfully
. Assignment and management of business resources, managing the development of both human and system capabilities
. Budget, supplier, and stakeholder management
. Creation and coordination of project documentation and processes, developing and tracking project action items and issues
. Further the business goals through the execution of best-in-class projects /solutions
. Build strong relationships with business divisions and departments
. Plan, implement, and manage project work
. Manage and monitor all project deliverables to successful completion, leverage project management best practices, and complete project artifacts as appropriate
. Monitor project budget and resources working with project team members to escalate issues as appropriate.
. Should be able to conceptualize and plan campaigns based on Market requirements and seasonality.
. Leverage analytics, data, and deep customer insights to identify and execute innovative programs that continually push CRM initiatives to the next level

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
Should have experience of a minimum of 3-5 years in Planning, Handling & executing CRM campaigns.
Relevant licenses and certification (PMP, PMI, Six Sigma)
Attention to detail when dealing with projects that directly impact users.
Should be able to think of users over anything else
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Medical Industry knowledge and experience are preferred.
Experience in analyzing performance and making recommendations.
