Job Description
We are looking for a someone to oversee relationships with customers though providing after sales services, as well as helping the Business Development Director manage the company’s performance through an existing CRM system
Resolving customer complaints are expected to be dealt with quickly and efficiently with patience and professionalism.
In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and relay messages to the relevant internal stakeholder.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, design, & senior management) to address customers’ needs
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Manage delivery schedule with operations team
- Act as liaison between departments
- Create and communicate plans to address clients’ needs
- Schedule calls with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Act as point of contact for inquiries and complaints
- Manage aftersales service. (From contract to Delivery)
Job Requirements
- Experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Management
- Industry knowledge is a plus
- Experience tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction)
- Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving
- Ability to work well with a team
- BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Fluent in English and Arabic
