Job Description
- Lead Implementation activities at the customer site.
- Responsible for defining and executing the delivery and implementation plans
- Provide on-site training on software as required.
- Assist in executing pre-sales product demonstrations or provide assistance in scoping projects or developing proposals
- Utilize SQL to query databases for troubleshooting testing scenarios
- Refers major software problems to development department for correction.
- Investigate and resolve data entry issues and provide support and troubleshooting for multiple applications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field is preferable.
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience with developing analyses between business processes and Software Applications
- Experience with deploying different applications on various application servers.
- Experience with SQL.
- Knowledge of ERP.
- Experience in HMS is a plus.
- Logical and methodical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good command of English
