Job Description
The senior Art Director is responsible for developing and maintaining a creative vision that speaks to the reader, viewer, or user.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and strategies for digital marketing campaigns.
- Supervise the design team and lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects are completed on time
- Review, edit, and approve designs, artwork, and graphics developed by other team members.
- Ensure that deadlines are met and that job quality is of the highest caliber.
- Create original graphic content for the company’s platform, social media pages, and other marketing materials.
- Meet art department work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and client-service standards.
- Review project production factors by studying background information, be aligned with the market and competitive environment, objectives, presentation approaches, styles, and techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and design to ensure campaigns are effective and engaging for target audiences.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers on best practices in design principles, techniques, tools, etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, Architecture, or similar.
- Proven working experience as an Art director
- Excellent English (written, Speaking) and verbal communication skills.
- 7-10 years of experience with graphic design, Art Direction.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Have a good eye for detail.
- Strong leadership skills to oversee the work of other artists.
