Job Description
- Management of 32 leasing contracts.
- Monitor invoicing & collection of monies due.
- Maintain contract registration in accordance with FRA regulations.
- Ensure QTR / annual filling of reports to FRA e.g. Accounts, Money Laundering.
- Maintain Leasing Policies aligned to current FRA legislation.
- Ensure compliance testing to Policies is carried out and duly recorded.
- Build working relationship with FRA.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable University.
- 8-12 Years experience ( Legal and Inspection experience in addition to financial background).
- Internal control Experience is a must (Min 3 Years related to anti-money laundry).
- Finance Background is a must.
- Internal Audit Experience is a must (related to anti-money laundry).
- Solid knowledge of MS Office applications including proven experience of working with Excel at an advanced level.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities, good team player.
- Adaptable and flexible personality, able to handle multiple tasks and workloads, ability to priorities own work.
- Excellent verbal and written communications and listening skills both in Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
