Job Description
We are looking to hire a customer-oriented Telesales Executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The Telesales Executive’s responsibilities include, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.
- Conduct direct sales activities over phone.
- Follow developed selling strategy, using the phone aiming at identifying prospects who could benefit from company solutions.
- Prepare sales reports.
- Maintaining good customer relationships
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the customers' needs to generate sales.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, reactions to our services.
- Achieve Monthly target.
- Follow up with clients.
- Supports Sales campaign by contacting targeted customers.
Job Requirements
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Ability to work with a phone for long hours.
- Good Marketing & Selling skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to search and generate new leads when needed.
- Good Command of English
