Job Description
Job Summary:
- Maintain effective recruitment for qualified calibers in the right position within time frame and by choosing the best resources to attract the qualified calibers within the salary scale.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Work closely with line managers to initially design their recruitment needs plan.
- Conduct initial interview for potential candidates to refer the accepted ones to direct superior.
- Administer screening CVs to verify that candidates' pool is upon required qualifications.
- Communicate with recruitment service providers to follow up on the required post and to ensure they full awareness of the requirements.
- Coordinate the internal communication between Recruitment team and hiring managers to ensure control on work process to ensure proper timely manner.
- Announce through company internal communication channels vacancies available in the plan to attract potential candidates within the referral to minimize hiring cost as much as we can.
- Attend Job Fairs and receive CVs from interested candidates for keeping it in the
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
- Experience required : From 3 to 6 years in Pastry,restaurants management and or retail sectors is a must.
- Mass recruitment and Blue collars exposure is must.
- Candidate must has Present ability and excellent communication skills.
- HR Certificate is an added value.
