Job Description
We are hiring for our US brands “Rush Brush” and “Hapilin” Sales Executives, with a challenging winning attitude. Throughout all the channels of General Trade and Modern Trade.
Key Accountabilities:
- Achieve set sales targets, objectives and KPIs.
Duties:
- Achieve set sales targets and goals.
- Achieve set KPIs.
- Build relationships with new customers in GT/ MT field.
- Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.
- Build strong and ongoing relationships with new and existing customers.
- Present the company professionally and decently with our customers.
- Report Sales performance regularly.
- Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.
- Responsible for ensuring the correct visibility and display of products in all accounts and showrooms as per the company’s standards.
- Any task that the direct manager requires.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- From 2 to 4 years of experience as a Sales Executive.
- Good English level.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented.
- Target-driven.
- Flexible.
- Disciplined.
- Very Presentable
- Work demands a lot of travel and visits to accounts and clients in different locations and cities.
