Job Description
- Answer and follow up clients inquiries regarding all our offered personnel services.
- Follows up with clients (companies) the status of sick leaves, and submitting the sick leaves to the Health Insurance Authority.
- Follows up with clients the situation of Absence due to illness and takes the necessary procedures to submit to the medical insurance committees and determine the percentage of disability.
- Prepare a monthly statement of the social insurance (Number of Employees – Total Insurance Salaries amount – Due amount to social insurance)
- Prepares all HR letters, insurance printers, and ID Papers for each client as requested, and records them on the program and database.
- Prepare new hiring working contracts, Form 1, Labor office Registration, follow up its procedures and filing it in the employee files.
- Prepare and Follow up Termination’s procedures, prepare Form 6 and follow up its registration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- (2) proven years of experience in the Personnel field is a #MUST!
- Previous experience in the Customer_Service field is a MUST! (not less than 1 year)
- Good in English and Microsoft office.
