Job Description
• Receive and organize files for the Undergraduate & postgraduate newcomer students.
• Revise & organize the files for accepted students.
• Receive, revise and organize the files of transfer students.
• Release files for withdrawn & the graduating student's files.
• Organize archival material in alphabetical, chronological or other appropriate orders.
• Label, Arrange & sort files.
• Scan all documents to have a complete electronic archive.
• Prepare & revise the required files for the military.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or high institute diploma
- From 2 to 5years of experience
- Knowledge of archival concepts, methodology, and techniques
- Must have attention to detail and be highly organized
- Judgement, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent planning, organizing time and work management
- Multitasker and well organized
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent command of English & Arabic
- Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
