Operations Supervisor (Multinational) - Quality Certification

Job Description : 

• Admin review of the certification/Recertification packages:
• Follow up with the auditors the audit report submission KPIs
• Preparing the audit package and communicate with RCL for approval.
• Coordinate the solving of RCL queries, defects
• Sending the audit report to the client on time
• Follow up the operation KPIs with all the CER team
• Weekly follow up the KPIs on Tableau
• Distribute the KPI(s) out of target to the concerned person
• Admin review and coordinate of the training courses:
• Prepare the IRCA training package and uploaded on ITC-TrDB.
• Archiving all the competed training courses material
• Manage all the training materials, and ensure the use of last version
