Job Description
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support customers through e-mailing and web chatting.
- Create and promote an environment that fosters both individual and team advancement to ensure the outstanding delivery of customer service.
- Communicate positively with all involved parties in order to facilitate customer's reception of the expected distinguished service.
- Solve Customer's technical issues.
Work Conditions:
- Rotational shifts (8 am till 5 pm) /(5 pm to 2 am )
- Fixed weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English is a must.
- At least 6 months experience as a customer service .
- Egyptians ONLY .
- Graduates ONLY .
- Males ONLY / Females Who Accept Rotational Shifts
- Customer services experience ( 6 months to 1 year) .
