Job Description
- Plan , monitor and coordinate all admin activities in Ports and yards (Contracts , buildings, maintenance …etc)
- Coordinate all admin works related to civil Protection institution
- Manage and monitor accommodations, offices and premises renting requests (Rents of houses, offices, port cabinets….etc) and maintenance for offices and locations.
- Revise and monitor activities of pay bills; rents, electricity, gas, ports bills, phones, internet….etc. and ensure control and optimum costs is always met.
- Overseeing special projects , tracking progress towards company goals and Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
- Prepare and update policies that ensure Security and general discipline in offices and locations & Coordinate outsourcing Security companies
- Manage Housekeeping activities, outsourcing contracts.
- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and Provide support to team members to resolve their problems
- Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures to ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (additional studies is preferred).
- Experience in multinational company is A MUST
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines
- Minimum 10-12 years’ experience in administration affairs field.
- Strong ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Good PC skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage staff groups and major projects or initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
