Job Description

  • Responsible for all tasks assigned by CEO.
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors.
  • Answering and direct incoming calls.
  • Processing paperwork, documentation, and filing.
  • Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
  • Organizing events and conferences reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines typing.
  • Compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree in business administration or any relevant field.
  • At least 4 years experience in office admin.
  • Interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytic skills.
  • Well organized, flexible and adaptability
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken. 
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • A decent appearance, Very Good looking and fit is a must.
