Job Description

- Providing financial and operational feasibility for architectural and real estate investment projects
- Determine expected costs and revenues, and calculate key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare comprehensive feasibility reports to support investment decisions.

- Conduct in-depth research on the real estate market to identify trends, opportunities and challenges.

- Prepare reports and presentations
- Provide clear and concise reports and analyses to senior management and decision makers.
- Develop updated financial models and studies to support company strategies.
- Provide actionable investment recommendations based on comprehensive financial and market analysis.
- Analyze financial statements of companies and projects to evaluate performance and identify growth trends.
- Review the company's accounting processes, document cycles and financial reports to ensure compliance with financial standards.

Job Requirements
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Prefer Experience in Saudi market
- Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA (preferred).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools like Excel and data management software.
- Experience with real estate market analysis tools and techniques.
- Strong understanding of international financial and accounting standards (IFRS).
Analytical Skills:
- High ability to analyze data and produce accurate, detailed reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making capabilities.
