Job Description
- The preparation of the Company’s QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions.
- Assuring that the work is performed as required by the contract and meets or exceeds the required qualities.
- Assuring the acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project work
- Issue materials receiving report for the delivered materials.
- Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company’s Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements.
- Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements
- Control and the distribution of all the company’s quality documentation
- Monitoring and administering the QA Plan or Program and ensuring incorporated materials on construction projects are in compliance with the plans and specifications.
- Monitor all quality related activities on the project
- Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the company’s management
- The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
- Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements
- Monitor the disposition of all issued non-conformance reports.
- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.
- Monitor statistical method reporting.
- Action and close all customer complaints.
- Control all achieve documentation upon the completion of the project.
- Coordinate all QA activities with the site QA procurement manager.
