Job Description

  • Generate sales leads, Find potentials / leads.
  • Do indoor-sales meetings with walk-in customers.
  • Do sales calls for prospects and inbound leads.
  • Achieve monthly planned sales target and monthly new accounts.
  • Do sales calls (outbound and inbound calls) for potential customers using scripts.
  • Do up-selling and cross-selling activities to old customers of the Company.
  • Keep records of calls, emails, prospects details and sales activities on system.
  • Receive customer comments about Services and forward it to the responsible department.

Job Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas / targets.
  • Fluent in English language (reading and writing).
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
