Job Description

  • Handling all matters related to the labor office and social & medical insurance.
  • Handling personnel files , keep record and updated reports, enhance employee management information system.
  • Prepare and follow up employment contracts, renew it.
  • medical insurance for employees.
  • Explain to the employee s/he company policies and how helps the department attain its goals. Work with the employee to define key result areas, goals, and performance standards and make sure s/he understands the job duties and expectations.
  • Ensuring  that all leave requests are completed in accordance with the company's policy.
  • Follow up and organize the car licenses file.
  • Partnering with recruitment and training works.
  • Supervising with the Showrooms Managers on the staff accommodation.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor degree
  • A minimum of  0 - 3 years of experience
  • Advanced skills in MS Office
  • Detailed oriented
  • Good command of English language
  • Near by 5TH Settlement
