Job Description
- Handling all matters related to the labor office and social & medical insurance.
- Handling personnel files , keep record and updated reports, enhance employee management information system.
- Prepare and follow up employment contracts, renew it.
- medical insurance for employees.
- Explain to the employee s/he company policies and how helps the department attain its goals. Work with the employee to define key result areas, goals, and performance standards and make sure s/he understands the job duties and expectations.
- Ensuring that all leave requests are completed in accordance with the company's policy.
- Follow up and organize the car licenses file.
- Partnering with recruitment and training works.
- Supervising with the Showrooms Managers on the staff accommodation.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor degree
- A minimum of 0 - 3 years of experience
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Detailed oriented
- Good command of English language
