Job Description
- Manage, build, maintain corporate business relationships to Libano Suisse Takaful Egypt..
- Manage customer relationships and ensure delivery of great service to his/her customers.
- Monitoring the performance of the portfolio and the medical insurance products by constantly reviewing the experience of the corporate clients.
- Follow up on the clients’ premiums’ payments, renewals or cancellations of policies .
- Receive client information, photos and ensure Medical cards are printed on time and delivered
Job Requirements
- Ability to handle work pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High customer service orientation.
- Good knowledge of using computer applications.
- Medical Background or BS in Pharmacy is a must .
- Experience from 0 to 2 years in a relevant field.
