Job Description
Principle Job Objectives:
Assist Category Marketing Manager in managing the category to achieve targeted market share, growth, and other agreed KPIs. This involves:
1. Implement brand objectives & strategy
2. Implement & follow up on category activities (Innovations, ATL & BTL)
3. Control assigned Marketing budget
4. Leads cross functional teams on assigned projects
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Category Strategy:
• Implement category strategy in line with company & brand strategy
• Assist Category Marketing Manager in developing category annual operational plan (AOP) in line with company guidelines
• Implement category pricing & promotion strategy
- Category Performance:
• Constantly analyze brand & market research data to monitor performance against KPIs & propose corrective actions
• Monitor category performance vis a vis plans
• Conduct frequent consumer & market visits to monitor trade & consumers response to implemented activities
- Marketing Activities Planning & Budgeting:
• Implement annual plans to support category objectives & strategy based on approved budget
• Assist Category Marketing Manager in leading the category innovation process & innovations deployment plans, and lead assigned innovation projects
• Communicate with Marcom team & Advertising Agencies for communication & activation development
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Marketing / BA / Economics
- Min Years of experience: 2
- Max Years of Experience: 6
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Fluent in English is Required
