Job Description
- Manage daily operations of the service center
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians
- Ensure timely completion of repair and maintenance tasks
- Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies
- Implement and enforce safety protocols
- Coordinate with clients and suppliers
- Monitor and control service center budgets
- Schedule and assign work orders
- Maintain accurate service records
- Train and develop workshop staff
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Identify and implement process improvements
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Workshop/ maintenance Manager or similar role
- Strong technical background in mechanical or automotive fields
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in workshop management software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Relevant certifications or vocational training
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
