Job Description
- Directly responsible for the continuous growth and profitability of the business.
- To develop and drives effective generation, management, and conversion of a sustainable pipeline of new business.
- Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs.
- Expand the geographical boundaries and revenue share.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business development opportunities.
- Drive and engage in the execution of the organization’s Business Development plan to deliver Monthly Quarterly and Annual revenue targets aggressively.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success.
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met.
- Identify and attract prospective strategic customers.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards.
- Liaise with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products.
- Stay up to date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities
Job Requirements
II. Qualifications:
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, national key account manager or in a relevant role.
- Proven sales track record.
- Experience in the outsourcing industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficiency in English.
III. Competencies:
- Market knowledge.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Time management and planning skills.
