Job Description

  • Directly responsible for the continuous growth and profitability of the business.
  • To develop and drives effective generation, management, and conversion of a sustainable pipeline of new business.
  • Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs.
  • Expand the geographical boundaries and revenue share.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business development opportunities.
  • Drive and engage in the execution of the organization’s Business Development plan to deliver Monthly Quarterly and Annual revenue targets aggressively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success.
  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met.
  • Identify and attract prospective strategic customers.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards.
  • Liaise with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products.
  • Stay up to date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales.
  • Prepare and negotiate sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities

Job Requirements

II. Qualifications:

  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, national key account manager or in a relevant role.
  • Proven sales track record.
  • Experience in the outsourcing industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Proficiency in English.

III. Competencies: 

  • Market knowledge.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Time management and planning skills.
