Developing the company’s strategy for using technological resources
Overseeing the Products designs and process development for all Simplex products and new Products
Overseeing the preparation of BOM and routing sheets of all our new products
Excellent at Reverse engineering of new products and machine spare parts
Checking the availability of manufacturing
Continuous development of product design and its manufacturing processes
Supporting Production, Quality ,Marketing and Sales departments
Strong Research & Development experience

Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure
Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
Help departments use technology profitably
Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
Build quality assurance and data protection processes
Monitor KPIs and financial budgets to assess technological performance
Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors

Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering (Production & Design) is a must
Masters degree is preferred
Strong Mechanical engineering experience in the design, development, and fielding of complex Electro-mechanical systems.
Familiarity with various manufacturing methods (e.g., molding, welding, soldering, adhesives, machining, stamping, and forming.) is a must.
Creativity and innovation persistence and drive to solve challenging problems and overcome obstacles.
8 years working in a technical role.
5 years of managerial experience.
Advanced technological skillset and a demonstrated history with technology.
Exceptional team management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Ability to delegate efficiently.
Extensive industry knowledge with an eye towards the future.
