Job Description

A Personal Assistant is required for a start-up tourism company

  • Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the CEO
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
  • Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems job requirements

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience
  • Very Good command of English
  • Perfect Communication skills
  • Perfect User of Microsoft Office
  • Females only "unveiled"
  • Age from 27 to 39 years
