Job Description
- Assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
- To assist the Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.
- To assist the Sales Manager in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
- Assist Sales manger in setting individual sales targets of sales team members.
- Lead,manage & supervise sales team and provide needed training and coaching to them to achieve the individual sales targets.
- Achieve the team sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Oversee day-to-day operation of the sales team and provide the needed support and motivation.
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
- Monitor team performance and make frequent reports to sales manager.
- Support the sales team to close their deals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree Holder with a proven experience in Real estate as Team leader.
- Experience in Real Estate field is a MUST.
- Experience in closing deals.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Good command of English & MS office package.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of types of customers, and modern methods of dealing with them.
