C&S brings together more than 550 experts covering the full range of sustainability topics, including biodiversity, circular economy, decarbonization, sustainable agriculture, transition financing, water management, and other ESG topics—across all sectors—to support our clients around the world.What You'll DoAs a Project leader / Principal within BCG's Climate and Sustainability Practice Area, you will be a core member of our practice working alongside some of the world’s top minds in industry shaping the climate agenda across many of our industry practices such as Energy, Industrial Goods and Public Sector. You will collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds, advising clients on a variety of topics, including:Climate Strategy: Setting climate ambition, identifying new opportunities, and defining a roadmap for successful execution to net-zero strategies and emission measuring. While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, you will occasionally travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions. What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)8+ years of consulting or industry experience; candidates with consulting experience preferred as well as those with exposure to climate-related engagements Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred) Experience of devising and implementing business strategies involving quantitative analysis, conceptualization and communication of strategic solutions Fluency in EnglishOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment Boston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
