- Organize and cultivate QC team with team spirit, sense of ownership and responsibility, high efficiency and pragmatism, and excellent grassroots managers.
- According to the requirements of the guidance document, guide the completion of the inspection of raw materials, the supervision of the product manufacturing process, and the inspection of semi finished products or finished products, to ensure that all kinds of unqualified products can be timely and effectively feedback, and the tracking is closed loop. Train and guide supervisor assistants to identify hidden problems and push the production department to improve the problem of insufficient execution
- Learn and train new management concepts and inspection methods, optimize the QC supervision and inspection process, reduce the difficulty of QC work, and improve the effectiveness of QC supervision and inspection.
- Responsible for formulating and implementing QC's assessment and reward and punishment system, motivating subordinates to pursue excellent work results, actively collecting subordinates' opinions, and creating a happy and enterprising working atmosphere.
- Communicate with the relevant team members of the work interface from time to time to properly handle emergencies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Familiar with quality assurance system, commonly used quality management tools, familiar with mobile phone manufacturing process and process control methods, dare to assume responsibility for the results.
- Adhere to principles, clear logic, decisive decision-making, execution, good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to identify and solve problems.
- At least 2 years working experience in manufacturing management.
- Identify the company culture, have the overall concept, the owner's dedication and sense of responsibility.
