Job Description
- Lead and oversee the full-cycle talent acquisition process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent across various functions.
- Manage and mentor the talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous professional development.
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.

- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice in the cosmetics and para-pharmaceuticals sector.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and support their integration into the company culture.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and other talent sourcing partners.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, trends, and outcomes to senior leadership.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 9 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources management.
- Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing recruitment teams.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute effective recruitment strategies for diverse roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in employer branding and candidate experience optimization.
- Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulatory requirements related to recruitment.
