About the job:
We are looking for a reliable Manager of Quality Assurance to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers. You will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues.
An excellent Quality Assurance Manager has eyes like a hawk and solid experience in quality control. The ideal candidate is a reliable and competent professional whose approval will be necessary for the continuation of a business life cycle.
The goal is to assure the high quality of our operations and services aiming to the long-term success of our business.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees quality inspection on a production shift.
- Test and approve the final Products.
- Inspect the final product prior to its shipping and approve the Quality by all international standards.
- Coordinate between the Sales and Production Department in order to bring the Maximum customer satisfaction.
- Solve technical process related problems (corrective /preventive actions and standardize solutions, as problems arise
- Schedule and deploy manpower to optimize utilization in the Department.
- Systematically report on resource utilization
- Liaise with suppliers and customers as required.
- Quality Management system ISO documentation and maintenance of system and records
- Maintaining HSE documentation and complying to HSE regulations.
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in one or more fields as following (Steel, Nail manufacturing, wire manufacturing, Spring wire)
- Engineering degree
- Monitor all operations that affect quality
- Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
- Coordinating with the Sales and Production to meet the Customers Demand.
- Ability to identify quickly problems.
- Industry expertise for QMS, documentation and maintenance of QMS manual.
- Ability to learn all specifications of all international standards for pc strand .
- HSE trained to comply Government regulations in HSE [ Health , safety and Environment ]
