Job Description
- Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.
- Allocate necessary labor to each production process as needed , resolve any attendance issues and train labor on new and existing production process
- Prepare production schedule and organize manufacturing workflow and resources in adherence with company quality standards and time frames
- Prepare production reports and productivity analysis , to identify and resolve issues that may delay or hinder production
- Monitoring waste rates , production scrap analyzing root cause and suggestion means to reduce waste
- Coordinate with other departments top ensure efficient and timely delivery of the materials and products
Job Requirements
- Degree en Engineering
- 4-6 years of experience
- Wood-works experience is a plus
- Knowledge of manufacturing process and fabrication methods
- Excellent Microsoft office
- Strong project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Outstanding organization and time management skills
