Job Description
- Achieve annual revenue target
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction through after sales Follow up
- Building Rapport with assigned accounts to maintain long term relationship
- Manages company's high profile Clientele.
- Identify new customers & offering suitable product mix after analyzing customer needs
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Stay up-to-date with product launches and provide support to clients and the sales team
- Customize sales promotion opportunities in order to increase the business potential.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) ,Correspondences Emails & Constant documentation through our CRM ZOHO
Job Requirements
- Education : Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing or Relevant filed
- Experience : 2 to 3 years
- Very Good In English
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
