Job Description
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Actively seek out customers in location.
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Cross sell products.
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Communicate and provide information by relevant methods to his line manager to assist and enable him monitoring and connecting sales groups.
- Research and report information with his team cases to enable strategic decision-making by his line manager
- Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities
- Motivate and encourage agents through positive communication and feedback
- Disseminate new product information to the agents.
- Responsible for his team achieved target & commitment.
- Make sure that team stick to company policy and procedures
- Coach team members for performance improvement.
- Responsible for the cash and Stock reports on daily basis on behalf of his team/location and to provide the month closure reports
- Assure that all cash collections are delivered to HO (Finance department) within 24 hours matching Company's system daily transactions amounts.
- Review and compare the daily done transactions cash and stock through the company system with the available physical stock in the locations and to report any shortage might happen.
- Assure that the stock is on save physically and matching the real stock in the warehouse.
- Responsible to provide Contract books to the location team.
- Responsible of all marketing/sales material at POS:
- Stock availability.
- Displaying.
- Proper use.
- Responsible to assure fast maintenance for any reparation at POS.
- Respect the company working hours (Attendance & leave) and give the required attendance prove upon request.
- Respect the company assets in terms of treatment and cleaning.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge and understanding of the sales and distribution opportunities in the MENA territories and relevant distribution technologies
- Knowledge of sales and distribution practices and techniques for customer, business-to-business and direct retail.
- Excellent English and Excel.
- Abilities to travel and meet with business partners
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to meet deadlines
- Able to work for long hours
