Job Description
- Reviews monthly& weekly financial statistics and plans expenditures within budget guidelines.
- Ensure medication accuracy is being adhered by all pharmacy staff in all sections to avoid any mislabel or error in the medication dispensing or administration
- Establishes a trust-based partnership with the Hospitals’ Management to achieve optimal pharmaceutical and operational outcomes
- Oversee pharmacy leakage –whether from OPD, ER, inpatient patients- and suggest ideas or improvement projects to minimize this leakage& improve units’ referrals on a monthly basis.
- Deliver projects’ milestones & reports on time & as planned, with high levels of accuracy and effectiveness
- Seeks innovative ways to reduce operating expenses and develops the necessary programs to deliver cost-effective services and products.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in pharmacy.
- Post grade diploma or master in hospital management.
- 10 years experience in hospital pharmacy.
- 5 years experience in managerial position.
