Job Description
Responsibilities of Export Manager
1. Develop and implement export strategies to maximize profits and minimize costs
2. Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists and bills of lading
3. Establish and manage relationships with international partners, including distributors, agents and vendors
4. Monitor international regulations and compliance requirements
5. Negotiate shipping contracts and freight forwarding agreements
6. Liaise with customs authorities and other government bodies to ensure compliance with regulations
7. Develop and maintain export databases, records and reports
8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback
9. Address customer inquiries and complaints
10. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize export operations
11- Develop and maintain export Procedures and requirements to obtain the whole business cycle
Job Requirements
- Experience in the field from 5 to 10 years minimum
- Experience in international sales and business development
- Full proficiency in English and additional languages are preferred
- Full proficiency in computers in dealing with all systems, applications and the Internet
