Job Description
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of mall management including but not limited to leasing and tenant relations, business planning and financial management, facilities and operational management and control of all maintenance, inspection and safety functions.
Soft Service Management:
- Coordination and management of the operation and overall management of the commercial buildings.
- Ensuring the smooth running of commercial buildings, facilitating a good environment for shop owners and a pleasant environment.
- Develop contacts with the various contacts (police, defense, etc..)
- It acts as a main link between the owner company and the owners and tenants of the shops.
- Ensure that the commercial center provides the best services to the implementation of the highest possible by maintaining on the interior design of the building.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum one year experience in the same position.
