Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Graphic Designer will support KODE Sports Club’s branding, marketing campaigns, and member engagement initiatives through creative visual content and digital marketing efforts. This entry-level role is ideal for a creative, proactive individual eager to grow in the fields of design and marketing within a dynamic sports environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design
- Create visual content for social media platforms, website, in-house screens, printed materials, and campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visuals, following KODE’s branding guidelines.
- Assist with photo editing, video content preparation, and basic motion graphics.
Marketing Support
- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns (e.g., social media, email newsletters).
- Help track and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Support content scheduling and publishing on social media platforms.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the marketing team, coaches, and other departments to gather content needs.
- Attend and cover events for live content creation and documentation.
- Contribute fresh creative ideas to promote programs, events, and club culture.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (internships or freelance work are acceptable).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); basic knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
- Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
- Passion for sports, fitness, or wellness is a plus.
