Job Description
- Assist team leader in Follow up and supervise all projects to ensure quality and deadline.
- support the Motion designers team to ensure consistency of designs
- Work with the Storyboard team, instructional designers, animators team, and Motion designers team to understand the project scope and objectives.
- Visualize ideas into motion graphics that can be understood by a wide audience.
- Mentor the junior Motion Designers
- Work as part of a design team, directing, encouraging, and sharing knowledge with more junior members of the design team.
Job Requirements
- A strong portfolio of previous work with +1 Year of experience in the same field
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Is patient, self-disciplined, and reliable
- Ability to work on large projects, and lead other more junior team members
- Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of software (Photoshop, Illustrator, the aftereffect
- The ability to partner with other creative team members to create content used across a variety of platforms
- Must be able to mediate creative problems to arrive at the best solution
- Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Experience with animation & storyboard
- A desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craft
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
