Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily delivery operations 
- Organize driver schedules and shifts, especially during busy seasons.
- Coordinate between kitchen, service, and delivery teams for smooth order handling.
- Monitor delivery times and quality, implementing improvements when needed.
- Ensure vehicles and equipment are well-maintained.
- Take responsibility of hiring drivers
