Job Description
- Check the machines checklist to assure that the working conditions are safe.
- Receive the production plan weekly from the planning department.
- Receives the weakly machine loading plan and the approved designs to start the production process
- Assure the implementation of the production according to the process of the workflow
- Execute the production plan according to the Standard operating procedures for every process and resolve any challenges
- Prepare a daily production report to be approved by the production manager to be sent to the production planning department
- Manage production activities with maximum utilization of manpower & resources to achieve production target in coordination with Planning responsible
- Provide technical assistance to production supervisors and technicians as and when required.
- Participate in providing Cost and time estimation for production floor activities to assist in setting the plan
- upkeep of all production records as per QA procedures.
- Should have excellent knowledge in troubleshooting, repair & maintenance to keep systems operate well.
Job Requirements
- 0-5 Years’ Experience.
- Mechanical Engineering Graduates only should apply.
- Strong attitude for using basic computer applications (e.g. MS-Office).
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and systems thinking skills.
- Must be Excellent to Fluent in English.
- Military Exemption for Men is a Must.
