Job Description
- Proactive Broker relationship management including action planning, monitoring and management of broker accounts and prospective clients.
- Identify, develop and maintain relationships with key brokers.
- Initiate, develop and maintain excellent relationship with brokers.
- Understand key business drivers in order to exceed and accelerate revenue growth, business profitability and product penetration.
- Negotiation of key new business opportunities and retention of existing ones.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Insurance sales experience or Brokerage sales experience is preferred .
- Strong sales and relationship management experience gained in a relevant insurance environment.
- Strong trading and development capability - commercial awareness, ability to build strong broker relationships and develop business streams.
- Management & leadership experience
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
