Job Description
- Responsible for following up on sales orders and analyzing financial data related to sales operations to complete the financial transactions and deliver them to accounts department.
- Preparing periodic reports for the sales department to follow up on the progress and regularity of sales operations.
- Tracking financial operations related to sales and preparing analytical financial reports related to these operations, and providing recommendations and guidance to sales department to improve performance and achieve financial goals.
- Coordinate between sales management , Warehouse management and shipping management to improve the productivity of all departments and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales accountant not less than 5 years
- Deep understanding of accounting, financial principles and inventory management
- Ability to communicate continuously with sales, warehouse and shipping team to ensure that the company's financial and operational objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively
- Experience using spreadsheets
- possess analytical skills
- Organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Analytical and time-management skills
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, accounting or relevant field
- An ability to gasp clients needs and to increase customer engagement
- Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
