Senior Expeditor
BR Abu Dhabi office is currently looking to fill a position of Senior Expeditor.
Job Description:
- Establishing project-specific expediting strategies and practices
- Ownership for Expediting and Progress Reports from Vendor.
- Specific attention to (1) the documents required to start manufacturing (2) documents requiring for start construction.
- pecific attention on Current actions, Critical activities, Concern Areas.
- Implement mitigation measure to meet the contractual delivery schedule.
- Proactiveness to meet the ROS schedule.
- Interfacing with purchasing, logistics and inspection to ensure timely shipment of equipment and materials to site, in a safe and cost-efficient manner.
- Expedite to optimize actual and forecasted milestone schedules in compliance with the planned schedule.
- Visit vendor’s premises, as necessary.Experience in expediting Process and Mechanical (Rotating & Static) Equipment like Flares, Pumps, Pressure Vessels, Compressors
- Required to have O & G sector experience in EPCm Projects in Iraq.
Qualification:
B.tech in similar field.
10+ years experience in a expeditor role working on Oil & Gas projects.
Should be familiar with relevant softwares.
