Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to support the growth of our trading business. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and increasing trading activity through partners and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Forex industry
Build and manage relationships with IBs, affiliates, and partners
Present Forex trading products, platforms, and services
Negotiate commission structures, CPA / revenue share deals, and partnership terms
Support onboarding and activation of new partners and clients
Monitor trading performance, deposits, and partner activity
Prepare performance reports for management
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and Support teams

Job Requirements

Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships (Trading / Fintech preferred).
Good understanding of Trading Platforms and Business Models.
