Job Description
Job Summary :
- 1. Manage all recruitment process (Prepares and updates database with C.Vs, Open new recruitment channels, Participate in employment fairs, and conducting Interviews.
- 2. Designing interview questions based on job descriptions for reflecting the requirements for each position.
- 3. Assessing candidates’ information (e.g. contact details, resumes) using Applicant Tracking System.
- 4. Manage the new joiner process from offer letter, on boarding & Contribute in HR Orientation.
- 5. Represent ASSIH internally and externally at events like employment fairs etc.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree, Certification in HR is a plus
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in Talent Acquisition in Nursing Sector
- Nursing Mass Hiring experience is a must
Skills :
- English fluency, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications specially Excel , Proficiency in Internet and e-mail usage, high level of communication skills ,& Adaptability/
Technical Competencies :
- 1. Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.
- 2. Prior experience working with Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- 3. Sourcing skills Planning & Prioritization, Organized.
