Job Description
- Responsible for achieving and tracking the volume targets for key items and/or product lines as per the annual objectives and KPIs.
- Distribute the monthly target of his assigned area on the sales representatives and cash van sales representatives.
- Evaluate the performance of his team and take necessary actions to achieve the monthly sales target.
- Generate corrective action on monthly basis by salesman\by as per his monthly objectives\KPIs
- Ensure the compliance with Company police including “attendance records, vacations… etc”.
- Achieve numeric distribution by sales-man to increase the customer-base network while maintaining excellent relations with company key accounts/key customers/distributors in order to ensure a first class customer relation are established.
- Handle customers’ complaints and report them to Sales Unit Head when required.
- Leading by example while coaching and supporting his subordinates and in particular Senior SALES Reps./ Sales Reps and Van Salesmen where applicable by conducting frequent market visits and offering on the spot coaching in order to ensure business sustainability and proper people development.
- Monitoring competitors move as well as major trends and shifts in consumer and customer behavior and reporting accordingly potential findings to the Unit Sales Manager.
- Ensure collection based on credit limit and credit days for distributors, customers and key customers as per Sales Policy in-alignment with Unit Sales Manager and as per market dynamics, sales targets, and sales & collection report.
- Responsible for opening new customers as per customer categorization on JDE.
- Prepare the customer orders and follow-up all kinds of quotation to avoid price discrepancies.
- Ensures getting balance confirmation as per Sales policy and take proper actions when needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 to 7 years’ experience in similar and related field.
- Competencies Profile (Refer to competencies mapping)
- Knowledge of the FMCG market structure & consumer behavior.
- Good negotiation skills.
